Tír Dhúchais significa tierra ancestral en gaélico irlandés. En este ritual, Mirah trazó y honró el linaje de su padre y a quienes fueron expulsados o desplazados por la fuerza de Irlanda durante siglos de colonización británica. El nombre de su padre, originalmente Ó Muircheartaigh, significa descendiente del guerrero del mar. Fue la primera de su familia en regresar.
